Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact our team within 30 days of the charge at billing@junorocket.com.

Non-Refundable Items

Professional services, custom integrations, and training sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
